2. Use of Service
Gowy connects clients, riders, and drivers for on-demand transportation services. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. You must not misuse, defraud, or attempt to circumvent any aspect of the platform. Gowy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Privacy & Data
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to provide, maintain, and improve our services. By using Gowy, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described therein.
4. Payments & Fees
Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand. All charges are displayed before confirmation. Gowy processes payments securely through our payment partners. Cancellation fees may apply according to our cancellation policy.
5. Driver Conduct
Drivers on the Gowy platform must maintain valid licenses, insurance, and vehicle inspections. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Gowy. Any conduct that endangers passengers or violates our community guidelines will result in immediate deactivation.
6. Liability & Disputes
Gowy provides a technology platform connecting users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gowy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable law, waiving any right to a jury trial.
